A customer is eligible to get a full refund if:
 | The software malfunctions during pre-installation, installation and
post-installation procedures given that technical support had enough
time to try to fix any of the issues. |
 | Other significant and relevant reasons for a full refund are
provided (reviewed by our customer support representatives). |
A customer is NOT eligible to get a full refund if:
 | Lack of basic PC knowledge results in installation and usage
problems. The customer must have at least beginner PC skills in order to
be able to install and use the software provided by us. |
 | The software requirements have not been met by the customers PC
configuration. It is up to the customer to review the latest
requirements information at the official software web-resource. |
 | Software delivery was partially or not completed due to internet
connection problems (client-side). |
 | Technical and/or Customer Support are not available from the
original manufacturer for some reason. |
 | Updates are not available from the original software manufacturer
for some reason. |
 | The problem regarding the low price software package is not
correctly described due to lack of knowledge, language barriers, lack of
communication (client-side), etc. |
 | Software caused PC or any other damages. Our company is not
responsible for the way customers use low price software provided by us.

Receiving a refund or order cancellation is quite simple. A ticket with
a refund/order cancellation should be submitted to info@lm4g.com. The
request will be reviewed within 24-48 hours and a reply will be issued.
